Fitness and Fun with Michelle
My friendly and fun exercise classes are movement based, blending together key principles of the Bagot Stack system:
- correct body alignment,
- joint mobilising and muscle strengthening/lengthening,
- movement without tension,
- co-ordinated movement,
- natural breathing,
- progressive work
- music and rhythm

I also teach exercise to music on Monday night at the Waterloo Social Hall, Plantation Road 6.15pm and Thursday morning at Broadstone War Memorial Hall 9.30 am.
I am Level 2 and 3 Exercise to Music qualified and Level 4 qualified British Association Cardiac and Rehab, and a trainer with the Poole Heart Support Group.
