If you have an interest in local education and would like to give something back to the local community you might like to consider becoming a governor at Broadstone Middle School.
Gill McDonald, clerk to the governors said: “Our values of care, courtesy and co-operation underpin all that we do, as our pupils are encouraged to thrive and given time to the self-confidence required for their next steps in education.”
The school has recently formed sponsorship under the Castleman Academy Trust with Broadstone First School.
Broadstone Middle School has currently got a vacancy for a Community Governor but they are not in a position to appoint parents from the school to this role.
If you are interested in finding out more, please call into the school and an information pack from the office or download the documentation from the school website (www.bmsweb.co.uk).
Applications should be returned to the school by the closing date of 17th July.
